Where can I purchase Jaded by Knight Clothing?
You can purchase Jaded by Knight clothing by visiting our online Shop or you can go to the Stockists page and find a store near you.
What are the shipping guidelines?
Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours awaiting availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed on the following Monday. Jaded by Knight will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to verify availability.
Jaded by Knight uses UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We here at Jaded by Knight want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with the order you receive from JadedbyKnight.com, you may fill out a Return or Exchange form on our Contact Us page. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship the item or items back to Jaded by Knight. Upon receiving the returned item, Jaded by Knight will exchange, refund or credit the item.
Please note:
*All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and have all the original tags attached.
*Returned items must be accompanied by the corresponding receipt.
*Jaded by Knight does not refund any shipping charges for returned or exchanged items.
*Only items purchased on JadedbyKnight.com may be returned directly to Jaded by Knight. Items purchased in retail stores must be returned to the retailer from which they were purchased according to the retailer’s return policy.
*The Return or Exchange form must be filled out within 30 days of the date of purchase.
*Jaded by Knight does not accept returns or exchanges on sale and limited edition items.
*Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
